Typographic Compendium was a collection of work done throughout the Fall Semester of 2008 at Ringling College of Art and Design. The Exploration of Typography, grid systems, learning the anatomy of type, hierarchy, as well as the function of typographic fusion and using type as an expression was what was asked of each student to explore. The following book was the final to all of the exercises issued throughout the semester in Type Design 1 with instructor Polly Johnson.
