Operating under the micro imprint Sister, Harsh Patel has spent the last few years issuing carefully crafted and numbered releases—bootlegs, postcards, stickers, badges, and publications—that draw on a stable of personal mythologies, from forgotten heroes of 90s indie rock to typologies of found objects and images. His high-contrast aesthetic, flattened for reproduction, offers a powerful hauntological image of a half-remebered future-past, a phantom broadcast from a shared cultural subconscious.www.harshpatel.com
